Math 314 Lecture 04: Wednesday, September 15th 1999.
Most students were still working on the homework which was due
today, so the deadline was extended to Friday. Instead of
presenting new material today, I showed how to solve various
problems from Chapter 0 of the textbook. These included Chap.
0 Misc. Ex. #23(a) (pg. 53), Sec. 0.1 #13 (pg. 11),
Sec. 0.2 #19 (pg. 22), and Sec. 0.4 #3 (pg. 40).
