We consider the reconstruction of high-resolution images from multiple undersampled, shifted, degraded \forcenl frames with subpixel displacement errors. It requires solutions of large block-Toeplitz-Toeplitz-block-like matrix systems. We propose to solve the systems by preconditioned conjugate gradient method with cosine transform preconditioners. We will show the fast convergence of the method and numerical results will be given to illustrate the sound recovery of the high-resolution images and the fast convergence of the method.
