The course mark is computed by adding 55% of the scaled final and 15% each for the best 3 midterms. You receive the better of the "course mark" and 96% of your final. The break points for the letter grades are listed in the Results file.
I am a little disappointed at the overall outcome, in particular, since the final exam was not all that difficult. I do suspect that voluntary homework made it more difficult for some of you to keep up with the course. Perhaps, my teaching skills need improvement too.
