This page contains files necessary to duplicate the experiments in the paper "Adaptive Model Reduction for Chemical Kinetics". You will need to be using unix and have MatLab on your system.
To duplicate the experiments in Section 3, download this tarfile, ozone.tgz. Place it in a directory and type "tar xvzf ozone.tgz". Then enter the command "RUNME" in MatLab.
To duplicate the experiments in Section 5, download this tarfile, astro.tgz. Place it in a directory and type "tar xvzf astro.tgz". Then enter the command "RUNME" in MatLab. (This program takes quite a while to load in all the reaction data from files.)
To duplicate the experiments in Section 6, download this tarfile, combust.tgz. Place it in a directory and type "tar xvzf combust.tar". Then enter the command "RUNME" in MatLab.
