Out-of-town participants are responsible for securing their own accommodations.

We recommend staying on campus; see the SFU accommodations website for more information.

Please keep a copy of any receipts if you are planning to make a claim.

A taxi ride from the airport will be around $60 (depending on the time of day). Participants are encouraged to be mindful of our limited funds and share taxis if possible or use public transit. If you do take a taxi, please keep the receipt.
