Canadian Poker Player

In January 2004 a Canadian poker magazine, entitled Canadian Poker Player, published the first issue of what we hope will be a healthy and long lasting monthly periodical. The magazine was started by Randy Hewines of Vancouver and Dave Scharf of Saskatoon. I was thrilled to be asked to include a column on mathematics and poker. Below are links to my articles.

I am now saving all of these files using the pdf format. If anyone has problems reading or printing the files, please let me know and I shall find another way to get the article to you. Adobe's Acrobat Reader is a commonly used tool to access pdf files.
