Math 821, Combinatorics, Spring 2013

The class will begin with generating functions, move on to combinatorial Hopf algebras, and then conclude with partitions. We have some capacity to adjust based on the interests and background of the participants. Lectures are 10:30-12:20 Tuesdays and Thursdays in the PIMS seminar room, TASC2 8500, except for Feb 26 which is in K9509 and March 19 which is in AQ 5025. Strong undergrads can be signed in; let me know if you are interested.
